The south-facing plot by the lake Balaton is 1,980 m2. Approximately 500 m2 of Weissenböck paving stones were laid - shell gray, premium quality stone from Austria. Under it a wide, stable layering extends from the gate entrance on the street front to the terrace behind the house.
The Mediterranean vegetation is watered by a drip system (with a timer), and the grass area has a sprinkler irrigation system. The green area is made with mole netting and edging suitable for installing a robot for green-cutting. The area is surrounded on two sides by a fast-growing Leyland hedge.
The iron fence and the electric "swimming" gate are unique made iron works.
