The house was originally built in 1994 as a vineyard house and is located above its own vineyards in a small, quiet street with its own parking lot.

You enter the house on the middle of the three floors via a terrace with a sensational 180 degree view of Lake Balaton - the dream view from your new house in Hungary.

The middle floor has a living area and open kitchen as well as a bathroom and toilet. The upper floor is also designed openly as a living/sleeping area. The lower floor offers another room plus wine cellar with fully functional equipment.

The house has a gas connection and gas central heating plus an iron stove for comfort. Drinking water and electricity are obtained from the community, waste water is disposed of via a septic tank. The house is equipped with satellite TV.
