It is perfect as an accommodate for eight people comfortably. The house is air-conditioned, the heating is also provided by the air conditioners. The property has its own small power bank (solar cells), which are able to produce the necessary electricity. An asphalt road leads to the house, and three parking spaces are also available. The neighbourhood is very quiet, beautiful and picturesque. The proximity of forests and the Kerka river are locking to go on on excursions in the fresh air, or you can visit the Thermal baths in Lenti (13 km away). The best hunting places in Hungary are nearby and there are many lakes where you can fish.
