The country house with the year of construction 1890 is built in brick, is located in a quiet tranquil village and offers a life away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at Lake Balaton.

The house was completely renovated in 2018 and, despite its romantic traditional exterior appearance, convinces with a modern interior design. Living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen meet the current standard. In the front rooms including the bathroom is a bamboo solid wood floor, in the back room laminate. Otherwise there are tiles on the rest of the floors.

About the outside area are still several workrooms and storage facilities accessible, where there is also a power connection. It also has a partial basement. On the covered terrace and lounge area you can spend wonderful hours outdoors and enjoy the view over the yard and garden.

A productive chokeberry plantation belongs to the property. The harvest can be processed and sold in a specially equipped outdoor kitchen to several hundred liters of juice per year.

Heating is provided by a 35 kW wood central heating system. TV is available via satellite dish. Internet comes through fiber optic cable.

The village is connected to bus and train. A school is in the neighboring village and the school bus leaves in front of the property. To Lake Balaton it is about 50 minutes, to Croatia and Slovenia 25-30 minutes each and to Austria about 1 hour.
