The house has two central modern heating systems that can be used separately as well. One is wood-burning, the other one is a gas and central heating system.
All rooms on the ground floor are heated with underfloor heating, and in the attic floor with radiators. A modern, insulated, 300-liter boiler is available for hot water, which can also be operated with electricity at night as an alternative way. A BWT type water softener was also installed.
The electrical equipment can meet the modern standards and all are made of copper.
