The lower level of the house is completely made of 25 cm thick waterproof beton, the base plate as well as the walls and then all the other balk levels, which are standard equipped with an 8 mm diameter double layer of welded mesh and in addition, the statically necessary parts were built with additional reinforcement. The extremely stable construction of the house is supported by the number of built-in welded meshes, which means more than 250 pieces of 2.15m x 5m meshes and in addition, another 6 tons of other sizes of wire, all this more than 20 tons of bar steel, which guarantee the reinforced concrete structures and thus the long life and stability of the house. Every detail of the lower level is equipped with special elements for the perfect waterproofing system, such as waterproof pipe penetrations, working joints made with waterproof rubber tape, waterproof concrete, waterproof bridging system for formwork walls, and four layers of two-component a thick filler-able bituminous beton guarantees waterproofing, which is then insulated by the 20 cm thick XPS thermal insulation on all external concrete surfaces, such as under the base plate and on the external walls. From the first floor, the masonry is made with the most modern Wienerberger Porotherm 30 X-therm rapid dry technology system, which results in 50% better thermal insulation compared to traditional brick, and this will be sealed with a 15 cm thick EPS graphite thermal insulation system.
Together, this masonry and insulation system corresponds to the heat transmission factor of the passive house.
In addition to extreme stability and a high degree of thermal insulation, aesthetics are also an important aspect when building a house. When designing the internal concrete surfaces, a wood-patterned formwork sticker was placed on the wall formwork system, which enables the structured surface of the concrete to be displayed. Depending on the customer's taste, this can even remain a natural design element in the house.
This aesthetic presentation was also given to the elevator shaft connecting the four levels of the house, which can accommodate an 8-person elevator.
The large size of the elevator, like the entire house, meets the requirements of a barrier-free building. The external doors and windows are also selected from the premium category with the best insulating glazing available, and from the outside with aluminium casing for the longest service life.


Mechanical content

The mechanical engineering of the house is also designed with the most modern technical innovations, which will serve the maximum comfort of the owner of the house.
The heating system will be operated with an air-water heat pump, which serves both floor heating and ceiling cooling.
The heat exchange ventilation system will be responsible for the pollen-free fresh air inside.
The shading technique is solved by centrally controlled electric blinds on the doors and windows, which are controlled by the house's smart home system with both ventilation, heating and cooling.
In addition, the smart home system will control the house's exterior and interior lighting, alarm system and last but not least the solar panel system, which will be installed with a complete island solution. This means that if the electricity service is cut off, the house will still have an uninterrupted power supply even during the day, and the battery pack will provide the house with electricity at night.
